Traditionally, the Bear Mountain HOA has held two parties every year...one in the summer and one at the end of the year.
We had a wonderful Summer Party at the home of
Mark and Julia Nachman. Thanks so much to our summerfest host.
Now, we turn to celebrating Winter and Christmas!

Mike Dimond has once again opened his beautiful home to us,
with stunning views of Mt. Blue Sky and Evergreen Lake.

Let us know how many in your party so we plan accordingly.
To be clear, there is no charge for this party for paid HOA MEMBERS.
Your yearly dues cover both yearly HOA events. Yearly dues of $45 accepted at the party through
PayPal or Venmo, check or cash.
The BMHOA will provide a Holiday meal that includes turkeys, ham, beer, wine, water, and soft drinks.
We ask that residents bring the fixins. If your last name starts with:
A-G: Salads/Sides
H-R: Desserts
S-Z: Appetizers
